Edinburgh is fabulous, too. I am not necessarily a big city person (prefer villages, small towns, rural areas) but it really is a charming place. I think it is under-rated.

Ah, the Nightwatch. A very good reason why you need to see art in person and not just in a text book. A text would never get the scale of the painting.
